Before You Begin
Just dumbbells. Every session is designed to meet you in your space—no fancy equipment, no gym required: simple tools, intentional movement, powerful results.
You’ll move with purpose five days a week, with two rest days for recovery and integration. This rhythm is here to support consistency, not exhaust you.
Yes. Each workout is around 45 minutes and structured for focus and flow. Whether you’re balancing work, motherhood, or healing, this program was made to fit your life—not the other way around.
Absolutely. This journey is for beginners and intermediates alike. If you’re easing back into movement or starting fresh, you’ll feel guided, safe, and supported every step of the way.
That’s not the focus. This is about rebuilding strength, restoring energy, and cultivating consistency. If your body shifts along the way, it will be a natural result of care, not pressure.
I’m Natalie Antoinette
Before I was a coach, I was a woman in pain. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Doctors told me I might never conceive. I became a mother twice.
After giving birth, I discovered my abdominal wall had torn apart. A 4-finger diastasis recti. A body that felt foreign. And a deep, private grief no one prepared me for. I tried to heal. I followed the advice. Did the workouts. Nothing worked. Some things made it worse.
So I started over. Quietly. Intuitively. With what I knew in my bones: Plants. Movement. Breath. Ritual. Rest. And over time, I didn’t just recover—I reclaimed myself.
Today, I live fully healed. Strength rooted in softness. Power built in presence.
Back on Track is more than a program. It’s a reflection of that journey. It’s what I needed when I felt like I was falling apart. And now, it’s here for the woman who’s ready to feel whole again.
You are not broken. You are not behind. You are not alone.
This isn’t about fitness. It’s about remembering who you are—and creating space to rise as her.
